Custom Tray and Sleeve Printing and Packaging

The custom Tray and Sleeve box packaging are the set of box packaging. It is a combination of the Tray and Sleeve packaging to create a unit set of packaging.

The Sleeve has 2 ends open to slide over the Tray to close. This combination construction is used to where the products need to be kept in safe, clean and less exposure. The Tray can be constructed as Rolled 4 sides’ tray or Double Glued Sidewalls packaging style.

These boxes are quick and easy to use and easy to assemble as well. These boxes are designed in such a way that the exterior structure of the box includes a straight line tube sleeve while the inner part of the box is composed of a double walled tray. The tray consists of two sides which are glued while the other two are tucked in really close when the product is loaded.
